For guests requesting color, extensions, or Keratin services, a deposit of the preliminary quoted service is required to reserve an appointment. Actual services received and quote are subject to change upon consultation with your stylist, to ensure the results you desire.Deposits are processed immediately to hold the reservation. The deposit may be mad eover the phone or in person.The deposit will be applied as part of the payment on the day of the service. If you find you are unable to keep your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment time. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be reserved.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appoimtment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The 3rd occurrence of a cancellation under 24 hours or no-show will result in a required 50% deposit to reserve future appointments.
No-show Policy:
Not calling to cancel or not showing up to a scheduled appointment is a Now -Show. Notifying us after an appointment time has passed is considered a No-show
2nd No-show occurrence: letter or email sent, and Guest care Team will call with a reminder of our policy.
3rd No-show occurrence: finl letter or email sent to inform that a 50% deposit will be required for all pre-booked appointemnts.
